Still fixing things.

I'm Traci Baker. I build practical AI tools, training and done-for-you work for people who want work that's theirs, not someone else's.

See what I do Say hello

One human, two AIs, one shop

I don't hide the AI and I don't hand it the keys. Here's who does what around here.

Traci

Owner. Decides.

Sees the problem, asks why nobody fixed it yet, and makes the calls. Every piece of work gets my eyes before it goes out.

Claude

Runs the shop floor.

My COO, research desk and IT guy. Drafts, checks facts, builds the tools and keeps the board current.

Rowan

Draws the pictures.

My ChatGPT. Renders the characters, scenes and concept art, including the illustrations on this page.

The AI does the legwork. A human does the deciding. That's the whole system.

Why I build

Illustrated apprentice holding up a strip of duct tape in a sunny workshop

Ten years in pharmacy. Fifteen in retirement plans, training the people who trained everyone else. Eight at a community college, where I built the clinical onboarding process for its Allied Health programs out of a mess and turned it into one standard.

Then, in May 2025, I was laid off from the job I built. I didn't go back to the job boards. I built this instead.

What I bring to every project is the same thing: find what everyone's actually doing, learn what the system really needs, set one standard, and fix the rest. Now I do it with AI on the bench next to me.

Here's what I have, why I made it, and I hope it helps.
